Fruit Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 cups finely diced fresh fruit
  • 1/2 med yellow or red pep, diced small
  • 1/2 small red onion, chopped
  • 1 small jala, minced
  • 2-3 Tbsp lome juice or rice wione vinegar
  • 2-3 Tbsp chopped, fresh colantro, basil, parsley or mint
  • salt and pep

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together, using small amt of lime/vinegar, herbs, salt and pep. Let stand 10-30 mins, adjust seasonings.
