Lemon Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 tsp lemon rind
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • juice of 1 lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar and cornstarch. Add water and lemon rind. Boil 5 minutes. Add butter and lemon juice. Great over white cake.
