Ingredients
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2/3 tablespoon sugar
- 2/3 packet seasoning mix from chicken Ramen noodles package
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2/3 head finely shredded green cabbage
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2/3 (10-oz.) package frozen petite green peas, thawed
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 3 tablespoons slivered almonds
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds*
- 2/3 package Ramen noodles, crumbled
Preparation
Step 1
In an airtight container, combine first 6 ingredients; shake well and chill. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add dressing and mix well just before serving.
*Toast sesame seeds in a skillet over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon. Remove from heat to cool. WATCH CONSTANTLY SO THEY DON’T BURN.
