Ingredients
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tbsps honey
- 2 tsps lemon juice
- 2 tsps vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 6 (4-oz) skinned, boned chicken breast halves
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Place chicken in a shallow dish. Pour marinade over chicken; cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes.
Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade.
Place marinade in a small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place rack on grill over medium-hot coals. Place chicken on rack and cook 5 minutes on each side or until chicken is done, basting frequently with marinade.
Transfer to a serving platter. If desired, garnish with lemon and lime wedges.
