Zucchini Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 cups zucchini-grated
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 eggs-beaten
  • 2-3 tsp dehydrated onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2-3 tsp Pinch of Herbs or Italian Seasoning Spice
  • 2-3 cups of grated mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs and oil. Then add rest of ingredients except cheese.

Spray 2 quart glass baking dish with Pam. Add half of zucchini mixture and half of cheese; top with remaining zucchini mixture and remaining cheese.

Bake a 350° for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown.
