Summer Asparagus Salad

  • • Fresh asparagus, cooked and chopped small, pea-sized
  • • Red onions, sliced thinly
  • • Pecorino cheese, shaved

Preparation

Step 1

Steam asparagus and chop in pea-sized pieces. Slice red onions thinly. Drizzle with olive oil. Add salt and pepper. Shave pecorino cheese on the salad.
