Ingredients

  • 1 T. margarine
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans rotel(died tomatoes and green chili)
  • 2 c. cooked chicken
  • 12 corn tortillas, torn into bite sized pieces
  • 2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 325*
In large sauce pan, cook pepper and onion in margarine until tender, about 5 min. Add soups, Rotel, chicken, Stir until well blended. Alternate layering tortillas, soup mix, and cheese three times. Bake 40 minute or until hot and bubbling. makes 8 servings
