Ingredients
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup green bell pepper
- Other veggies as desired (red, yellow, orange peppers; cucumbers, cheese chunks, etc)
- 1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
- 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp sugar or sugar substitute
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 3 Tbsp lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp salad seasoning.

Preparation
Step 1
Cook and drain pasta by package directions. Rinse with cold water to cool.
Combine mayo, sour cream, milk, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, pepper in a large bowl.
Add macaroni, veggies, etc to dressing mixture and toss to coat. Chill to blend flavors.
