PROSCIUTTO-WRAPPED BREADSTICKS

Ingredients

  • 1 tube (11 oz.) refrigerated breadstick dough
  • 1/3 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 11 pieces thinly sliced prosciutto (about 2/3 lb. total), each cut in half lengthwise

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350°F. Line two baking
sheets with parchment paper. Cut dough
along perforations into rectangles; slice
each in half lengthwise and roll in
cheese. With fingertips roll each piece of dough into a thin stick, 10 inches long. Place on baking sheets; bake 9-II minutes, or until golden. Cool completely. Wrap each breadstick in prosciutto.
