Basic Polenta

Cooking light suggested to prepare this as a side dish to the Oven-Fried Chicken Parmesan. I think it would work with any Italian poultry dish.

Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 3/4 cup Dry Polenta
Preparation
Step 1
Bring chicken broth and milk to a boil. Gradually whisk in 3/4 cup instant dry polenta. Cook 5 minutes until thick, stirring constantly.
