Stir Fried Spinach w/ Garlic

  • 2 teaspoons canola oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 pound spinach, fresh, washed with stems removed
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced



Step 1

In a large wok over medium heat, heat oil. Stir-fry salt and spinach for 1 minute. When spinach has wilted add sugar and garlic and stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes more. Plate spinach, serve warm or cold.
