Ingredients
- 2 (20 ounce) cans sliced pineapple in juice, undrained
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup round buttery cracker crumbs (about 33 crackers)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Drain sliced pineapple, reserving 1/3 cup juice. Place pineapple in a lightly greased 7x11-inch baking dish; sprinkle with cheese.
Combine reserved pineapple juice, sugar, and flour; pour over cheese. Combine cracker crumbs and butter, and sprinkle over flour mixture.
Bake 25 minutes or until bubbly.
