Ingredients
- 3 cups apples, peeled, cored and chopped
- 2 cups whole cranberries, raw
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/3 cups quick cooking oatmeal
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 stick butter, melted

1.Preheat oven to 325 F
2.Combine apples and cranberries in oiled 2 quart casserole dish
3.Evenly sprinkle sugar and lemon juice over top
4.Add oatmeal, chopped walnuts, brown sugar and melted butter to medium-sized mixing bowl and blend until moistened
5.Cover fruit with crumb mixture
6.Bake uncovered for 75 minutes
