Ingredients

  • 1 lb Fresh Frozen Cod Fish
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/3 Onion - Diced
  • 2 cups Potatoes - Diced
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • Dash of Sugar
  • Dash Of Pepper
  • 1 cup Carnation Milk
  • Carrot - Cooked
  • Celery

Preparation

Step 1

Combine Butter, Onion, Potatoes, Water, Salt, Sugar and Pepper.

Boil gently for about 15 minutes

Once cooked, add fish and simmer gently until cooked, about 10 minutes

Add Milk and heat slowly, but do not boil
