Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sliced frozen strawberries
- 2 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp white rum
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
- 6-8 ice cubes
- 2 whole fresh strawberries for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Put first 5 ingredients into blender. Cover. Process for 30 to 40 seconds until smooth.
With blender running add ice cubes, 1 at a time, through hole in lid. Scrape sides as necessary, until ice cubes are blended smooth.
Spoon into champagne glasses. Garnish each glass with whole strawberry.
Serve immediately. Makes about 1 3/4 cups.
