Ingredients
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups oats
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups crushed cornflakes
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Make into balls. Press down with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
