Ingredients
- 106 oz chicken broth
- 3 cans diced tomatoes
- 3 beef bullion cubes
- 1 package tortellini
- 1 bag baby spinach
- 1 medium onion
- 1 spoonful of diced garlic
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Saute chopped onion in olive oil.
Add chicken broth, and then once boiling add bullion cubes.
Add blended tomatoes and garlic and keep at a boil.
Add chopped spinach and let cook for 15 minutes.
Add tortellini and cook until pasta is soft.
