Six Flavor Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks utter, softened
  • 1/2 c corn oil
  • 3 c sugar
  • 5 extra large eggs
  • 3 c + 2 tbs all purpose flour, unsifted
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 tsp lemon extract
  • 1 tsp rum extract
  • 1 tsp sherry extract
  • 1 tsp brandy extract

Preparation

Step 1

Cream utter, oil, and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Mix flour and baking powder. Add alternately with eggs. Begin and end with flour.
Add extracts last.
Lightly grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan. Pour batter into pan and bake at 325* for 1 hour 15 minutes or until pick comes out clean.
