Ingredients
- 2/3 balsamic vinegar
- 1 envelope Agar
- Tall glass of EVOO chilled in freezer for 39 minutes
- syringe
- slotted spoon
- 2 Cups water for rinsing pearls
Preparation
Step 1
combine balsamic and Agar in sauce pan and bring to boil while stirring.
Once at a boil remove from sauce pan and pour into a shallow dish.
Retrieve EVOO from freezer
Using syringe draw up balsamic and drip into oil. Once pearls have formed, use slotted spoon and place in water to rinse, you will have to gently stir to remove extra oil from pearls.
