PEP'S SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE

Got this recipe from Pep - to accompany fish!!

Ingredients

• 1 boîte de 565 g de litchis
• 50 cl de jus de pomme sans sucre ajouté
• 8 cl de jus de citron vert filtré
• 2 cuillères à soupe de sucre
• 1 morceau de gingembre frais (de 3 cm sur 3 cm) pelé et finement émincé
• 4 feuilles de gélatine

Preparation

Step 1

Cook all ingredients and boil for 5 minutes.

Add cornstarch and water combined to thicken.

Cool and strain.
