Ingredients
- 1 Pork tenderloin
- Lawry's seasoining salt
- Ocean Spray whole berry cranberry sauce
- Dijon mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Place foil in pan, coat pork with Dijon mustard and sprinkle with seasoning salt. Coat with 1/2 can of cranberry sauce and broil on middle rack; turn every 7-8 minutes. cover with rest of sauce about 28 minutes into cooking. Finish cooking until inside temp reaches 160 degrees
