- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 stick of butter, melted

Mix all ingredients in a 9x13 inch pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
