Sweet 'n' Sour Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients

• 5-1/2 cups coleslaw mix
• 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 3 tablespoons white vinegar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Place coleslaw mix in a serving bowl. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the remaining ingredients; shake well. Pour over coleslaw mix and toss to coat. Chill until serving. Yield: 4 servings.
