Ingredients

  • 1

    (10 oz.) pkg. spinach, frozen,

  • thawed, and squeezed dry

  • 16

    oz. sour cream

  • 1

    c. real may

  • 1

    pkg. Knorr vegetable recipe mix

  • 1

    8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and chopped

  • 3

    green onions, chopped

Directions

Combine spinach, sour cream, mayo, vegetable mix, chestnuts and green onions. Chill at least 2 hrs. Serve with crackers or in the center of a rye loaf that has been hollowed out. Break bread into pieces to dip.
