Soy Beans and Zucchini

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked soybeans
  • 2 cups zucchini, cut in 1-inch slices
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 small clove garlic, grated
  • 1/8 tsp rosemary
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Combine tomato paste, water, lemon juice and bring to a boil. Add zucchini and other ingredients. Cook slowly for 15 to 20 minutes.
