Fruity Fruit Sorbet

Time-Saving Tip: Start with partially thawed frozen fruit so that you can eat your sorbet immediately.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup strawberries, halved
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp Stevia Plus (optional to taste if fruit is not sweet enough)

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
Freeze until firm (about 3 to 4 hours only).
