Scratch Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 Tbl sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 Tbl melted butter
  • 1 egg, beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt into a mixing bowl. Add the milk and butter to the egg and pour into the flour. Stir quickly and add a little more milk if you need it to make thinner. Cook on griddle. Makes 3 servings
