Taco Chicken Skillet

Ingredients

• 4 chicken breast
• 1 cup salsa
• 1 pkg taco seasoning
• 2 c. Water.
• 2 c. Minute rice
• 1 can black beans
• 1 can corn
• 1 cup grated cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Bring to boil chicken, salsa, seasoning, and water. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add rice beans and corn. Return to a boil. Sprinkle with cheese. Cook on low for 5 more minutes.
