BRIE IN PUFF PASTRY

Ingredients

• 1 Alouette baby Brie
• 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed

Preparation

Step 1

Roll out puff pastry to Jl8" thickness. Place ALOUETTE BABY BRIE in center of
pastry, pull up sides and crimp to enclose cheese. Turn over and place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 400' F for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 20 minutes before
serving.
