Ingredients
- 2 1/2 tsp yeast
- 1 scant cup of warm water
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 cups flour

Mix and let rise until doubled, 1-2 hours. Roll out and bake at 400 20-30 minutes.
