Roasted Red Bell Pepper Soup

- 4 large sweet red peppers destemmed and seeds removed quartered lengthwise
- 2 bulbs garlic
- 1 lg onion sliced
- 1 T snipped fresh rosemary...
- 1/3 c packed fresh parsley leaves
- 1/3 c packed fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 t pepper1 dash bottled hot pepper sauce'
- 4 c chix broth'
- 1/2 c half & half
Place seet peppers,, cut side down on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake in a 425 degree oveen for 20-25 min or untilskin is bubbly and brown. reduce oven heat to 400. Wrap peppers in the foil. let stand for 20-30 minutes or until cool enough to handle. Usinsing a paring knife, gently and slowly pull off the skin
