Ingredients
- 1 - ib. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into1/2"- pieces
- 1 - ig.onion chopped
- 4 - celery ribs, chopped
- 2 - medium carrots, sliced
- 4 - garlic cloves, minced
- 2 - TBS butter
- 2-TBS. olive oil
- 1/4 - cup flour
- 1 - tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 - tsp. oregano
- 1/8 - tsp pepper
- 3- 141/2 - oz cans chicken broth
- 1-141/2 - oz. diced tomatoes, undrained
- 6 - oz uncooked tri- colored spiral pasta

Preparation
Step 1
Sauté the chicken, onion, celery, carrots & garlic in the butter & oil for 5 minutes.
Stir in flour, basil, oregano,& pepper until blended.
Gradually add broth& tomatoes .
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover & simmer for one hour .
Return to a boil, stir in pasta , reduce heat , simmer, uncovered, 12-15 minutes or until pasta is done
