Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

• 5 lbs potatoes
• 2 tsp salt
• 1/2 c butter
• 2 3 oz pkg cream cheese
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• 1 1/2 c milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. boil potatoes with 1 tsp salt
2. mash potatoes
3. add remaining ingredients
4. bake 350 degrees for 45 min
