Where's The Fat Chocolate Sauce*

This is good on ice cream.
By using the whole can of milk it makes it more of pudding texture. Also uses the extra milk from the can, saving waste.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2/3 cup (14 oz can ok) evaporated skim milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
In a small saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa and cornstarch. Add milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.
