- 1 large or two small box lime Jell-O
- 1 16oz container cottage cheese (small curd works best)
- 1 16 oz can crushed pineapple
- 1 24 oz container frozen whipped topping, thawed
In a large bowl, sprinkle Jell-O over cottage cheese until mixed in.
Add crushed pineapple and mix well.
Add whipped topping and gently fold in until well mixed and is a consistent green color.
Cover and chill for several hours before serving.
Best when made the day before.
