Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 2 ounces smoked turkey sausage, cut diagonally into 1/2-inch slices
- 1 cup frozen diced hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 of a small zucchini, halved lengthwise and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/2 of a medium red sweet pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
- 1 wedge red onion, thinly sliced (about 1/3 cup)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup bottled salsa

In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add sausage, potatoes, zucchini, sweet pepper, red onion, garlic, chili powder, and black pepper to skillet.

Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until sausage is lightly browned and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Spoon salsa over sausage mixture.
