RUB****Emeril's Rib Rub

For use on my recipe for best BBQ smoked ribs. Quantity is sufficient for four racks -adjust accordingly.

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons Emeril's Essence
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1 tablespoon cumin
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1 tablespoon cayenne (or less, like none! - Essence already has cayenne in it)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and use as directed in rib recipe.
