Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Place asparagus in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave, covered, on high setting for 2 minutes. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in pecans, stirring constantly, until roasted. Transfer asparagus to saucepan and saute for 5-7 minutes, until tender. Top with pecan mixture. Makes 4 servings.
