Pat's Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

• 1 3oz. pkg. cream cheese
• 3 cups powdered sugar
• 1/2 cup cream
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup water
• 3 Tbs. butter
• 1/2 or 1 square chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sugar, water, butter and chocolate for 3 minutes.

Stir in cream cheese. vanilla and nuts, if desired.

Add powdered sugar to desired consistency.

Pat and I weren't real sure how this frosting was supposed to be made.
