Ingredients
- 1 pound green beans, fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp natural seasoning salt
Preparation
Step 1
Cook green beans. Cook almonds in butter over low heat until golden brown, stirring occasionally so that almonds do not burn. Remove almonds from heat and add lemon juice and seasoning salt. Pour almond mixture over green beans (which should be hot) and serve.
