Ingredients
- 1 small can mushrooms & juice
- 1/3 green pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 tblsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 8 oz. wide noodles, boiled & drained
- 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella Cheese
- I usually add some garlic powder with the oregano. I also sometimes skip the vegies when I'm in a hurry & just use some dry minced onion.

Step 1
Saute' the vegetables until tender. Add the meat & brown til the red color is gone; drain the fat. Add the spices & set aside. Mix the soup, water, tomato paste, & Worcestershire Sauce. Mix with the boiled noodles & meat mixture. Put in 2 qt. casserole & top with grated Mozzarella Cheese. Bake for 45 minutes at 375*.
