Ingredients

  • 1 small can mushrooms & juice
  • 1/3 green pepper, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 tblsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 8 oz. wide noodles, boiled & drained
  • 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • I usually add some garlic powder with the oregano. I also sometimes skip the vegies when I'm in a hurry & just use some dry minced onion.

Step 1

Saute' the vegetables until tender. Add the meat & brown til the red color is gone; drain the fat. Add the spices & set aside. Mix the soup, water, tomato paste, & Worcestershire Sauce. Mix with the boiled noodles & meat mixture. Put in 2 qt. casserole & top with grated Mozzarella Cheese. Bake for 45 minutes at 375*.
