Macoroni and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 3/4 - 3/4 pound cooked elbow noodles
  • 1 - 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 - 1 egg
  • 12 - 12 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • - Pepper
  • 1 - 1 tsp mustard
  • - Dash of tobasco
  • 1/2 - 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Wisk egg into 1/2 the evaporated milk.

Add mustard, tobasco, pepper and salt.

Stir mixture quickly into macaroni.

Add cheese and rest of milk and stir.
