Nancy's Excellent Buffalo Wings

These are SUPERCALLIFRAGALISTICEXPEDALADOCIOUS DELICIOUS!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds (12-15)chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup Durkee's Red Hot Sauce
  • 1 stick melted butter or margarine
  • Celery sticks
  • Blue cheese dip

Preparation

Step 1

1. Deep-fry chicken drummettes in hot oil (375 degrees) for 10-11 minutes or longer, depending on size. Do not over-cook and dry them out!

2. In skillet, melt butter till hot; add Hot Sauce and 1 Tablespoon. Add the hot cooked chicken wings and toss to cover well with sauce. Serve with celery and blue cheese dressing.


NOTE:
Try to find large, plump chicken wings!
