Broccoli Slaw Weight Watchers
This is so good even if you don't need to watch your waistline. Great summer dish. You get 1 1/2 cups for 2 points.
Recipe came from one of my Weight Watchers leaders, Janet.
- 1 pkg. grated Broccoli slaw
- 2 cups pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds
- 1/3 cup cranraisins
- 1 apple diced
- 1 cup fat free mayo
- 2 Tablespoons vinegar (I use rice vinegar)
- 2 Tablespoons Splenda
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
Drain your pineapple juice and add the pineapple to a bowl, along with the slaw, almonds, cranraisins, and diced apple.
Combine your dressing ingredients and add to the above.
Chill for 2 - 3 hours before serving.
