Quick Apple Pies

Ingredients

  • 1 Tb. low-cal margarine
  • 2 large apples, diced
  • apple pie spice
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 4 canned biscuits
  • butter-flavored cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Saute apples in margarine until soft. Roll each biscuit out to about 5" circles. Spread 1/2 of each circle with 1/4 of apple mixture. Fold each circle in half and press the edges to seal with a fork. Place the pies on a baking sheet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray. and then spray the pies. Bake until golden brown, about 10-12 minutes. Serve hot.
