Ingredients
- 1/4 cup pepper jelly
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/8 tea. salt
- 1/8 tea. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Place jelly in a 1 cup measure. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Add vinegar and next 3 ingredients, stirring with a whisk until blended. Cool to room temperature.
