- 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise (about 1 lb.)
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°.
Combine all ingredients in large bowl, tossing until evenly coated.
Arrange on large baking sheet.
Roast 25 minutes or until Brussel sprouts are tender and almonds are lightly toasted.
