Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 4 Tbs. melted unsalted butter
- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 5 eggs, beating
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 oz chopped bittersweet chocolate
- 1/4 . cup heavy cream
Preparation
Step 1
Vanilla Chocolate Cheesecake Butter a 9" spring form pan and cover outside with foil. Combine 1112 cups graham cracker crumbs, 2 Tbs. sugar and 4 Tbs. melted unsalted butter. Spread evenly on Inside of pan. Refrigerate 30 min. Beat 16 oz. cream cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth. Add 5 eggs, beating well after each. Beat in 2 tsp. vanilla. Stir slowly 5 min. to dispel bubbles. Pour into pan, bake In 325° oven for 50 min. Cool on wire rack. Remove Sides and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, combine 4 oz chopped bittersweet chocolate and 1/4. cup heavy cream; melt over warm water while stirring. Spread on top of cheesecake.
