  • 200 g flour
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 spoons oil
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • oil for frying
  • powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

mix all together and leaver to cool ½ hour
roll out into thin strips and cut . then make a slice whole
fry in hot oil and continue to flip over until white/a bit brown
put on place with towl to let out oil

put powdered sugar on top
