Crockette Meat Loaf

MY NOTES: I like this meatloaf very much and it's easy to make, but if left in too long all the sugar in the ketchup will burn, so I usually let it cook for 8 hours.

Ingredients

• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup quick cooking oats
• 3 TBSP dry onion soup mix (optional)
• 1/4 cup ketchup

Preparation

Step 1

Combine beef, egg, oats, soup mix and 3 TBSP catsup. Shape into a loaf; top with remaining catsup. Place in greased Crockette. Cover; cook 8-10 hours
